Payment Methods

• Online payments using the PayPal service. This service is secure, simple to use and allows you to instantly transfer funds from your VISA or MasterCard or directly from your bank account. There is no transaction charge for buyers when using PayPal. To be able to use PayPal you need to establish an account with them. To do this, please click here. • At this moment we do not support direct online payments done with your credit card. We apologize for this inconvenience and promise to make this service available soon. You may however call us and provide your credit card information over the phone. The payments made this way are instant.
• Direct transfer into our account (wire). Please contact us to receive full banking details. If you choose this method, we will add $15 to the invoice for covering the fee charged by the bank for this service. The payment becomes effective after 48 hours.
• Payments by cheque. Please send your cheques to our mailing address. The payment becomes effective 7 to 20 days after we receive your cheque.

Policies

• For small projects¹ we require the entire payment to be made before the delivery of the end product.
• The payment schedule for all the other orders is as follows: 30% when the project is started, 40% when we finish half of the project and the balance in maximum 10 days after the completion of the job.
• All projects that don't fit in the small project category will be accompanied by a signed contract between the involved parties. The contract will stipulate the value of the order, the payment conditions and the delivery term.
• Regular customers² will benefit from discounted rates. The discounts may vary between 5% and 20%.

¹Small projects = projects which do not exceed a total value of $300.00

²Regular customers = customers who have more than 3 (three) consecutive orders in one year, billed and paid on time
